09. Psychodynamics and Me

Psychodynamics and Me

You can enroll in this course from your student dashboard. You need to be logged in.

Psychodynamics, also known as psychodynamic psychology, in its broadest sense, is an approach to psychology that emphasizes the systematic study of the psychological forces that underlie human behavior, feelings, and emotions and how they might relate to early experiences.

This is more an interactive workshop than a simple learning course.   As opposed to the Defining Myself course that asks you to look back before you move forward, this course asks you to look INSIDE of yourself in order to move on.  In a group setting and facilitated by a Chaperone, the group will be able to address certain issues that hinder you from moving on.
